BIG K.R.I.T is one of the most underappreciated rappers of this generation. He's a top five lyrist for me and his last album was a classic. Great to see him on Tiny Desk!

i love big K.R.I.T. much more now. I love that he thought it was important enough to pay homage to his grandmother...will get back into listening to him again after about 3-4 years off. Thank you for having this.

loved that krit started with mixed messages, that is easily my favourite song from 4eva is a mighty long time. i think it can resonate so heavily with anyone, krit is easily the most under appreciated hip hop artist (not rapper because his talent extends beyond that title) within the past decade

I promise I just listened to Donnell Jones “Where I Wanna Be” 30 minutes before watching this....didn’t know K.R.I.T before now but glad I randomly just chose to listen. Beautiful Soul💕

He is so sweet. Love how he takes honor in his story, the people who helped build him up. He's genuine. That's a true artist.

May his grandma keep smiling. She obviously laid hands and prayed over her family. A true spiritual family yields like fruit providing them a chance in this real world. Big KRIT is a real 1💯🤺💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
