You can definitely hear the "How to Disappear Completely" influence but they also have their very own sound. Absolutely love.

Just have to say. I LOVE THIS. I know this isnt a terribly popular band which only makes it all the more special. I LOVE ALL OF YOU. You are special people. SO FEW bands today touch me in the same way as this does. Ever since I saw this Ive been back time and time again and Ill keep coming back to this video until Im 90 years old. This band deserves more attention than I feel theyre getting. Its merely a symptom of living in todays confused and lost world. "Other Lives", if you see this, know that YOU ARE appreciated and it would mean a great deal to me if you keep tapping into the well from which you pulled up these three magical and moving songs. Finding this band marked a uniquely strange time in my life.

musicisbrilliant There is plenty of serious and sincere music out there today, you just have to dig it out. You won't hear it on the radio. I just discovered this band a few days ago and I'm glad I did. This is beautiful.

I don't care how many times I've listened to this, I am forever more in love with Other Lives. What an excellent pairing of musicians! I adores this set!

I was at the Dec. 8th show. Absolutely Mesmerizing. Goosebumps for 75 straight minutes

One of the few bands I can honestly say their live versions are much better than their produced versions. Love it!

This band is currently my favorite and has been since I first heard Tamer Animals in 2011. I saw them in Chicago (Lincoln Hall, Feb 2012) and Grand Rapids, MI (Nov 2012) and would've gone to see their last Tamer Animals show in Chicago again if I could've made the trip. They are incredible live and, by all accounts, the grand finale at Lincoln Hall on Dec 8th was amazing. I'm so looking forward to hearing what they do next!!

This is so good. I've been looking for something new for the longest time. So glad I stumbled on this band. Pity it took me so long.

These guys are really awesome. One of the best rock bands ever!

Still my favorite band. I miss the members that have gone on to do other things. They’re still making great music though.

Just saw them in Tampa last night. Very good band. I was impressed.

i saw this band open up for delta spirit at the double door many years ago when they just had their ep. they were amazing then and continue to amaze me now! i've been a fan since! seeing them live tops any studio recording! can't wait to see them next saturday in chicago at lincoln hall! keep it up other lives!

that second song is ****ing awesome. I imagine them playing it while all marching through a big flat field of wheat.

I was sooooooo sad when this ended. I could listen to the elegant drone for hours... days even.

I just saw them at Cafe du Nord in San Francisco. I can't believe you can see a band this good at such a small venue. They were excellent and I expect they're going to surge in popularity. I think they're opening for Radiohead on the upcoming tour.
