Brandi Carlile: NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert

Музыка

In the tradition of the best bluesy folk-rock singers who preceded her (think Janis Joplin or Melissa Etheridge, but with less bluster than either), Carlile sings with restrained power and from-the-gut force. Here, she and her band perform three tremendously assured songs from Bear Creek.
Set List:
"Raise Hell"
"That Wasn't Me"
"A Promise To Keep"

Love the Tiny Desk Desk Concerts. Watched this years ago as saw Brandi for first time with Indigo Girls in Sydney Australia & thought then she was an incredible artist! Immense talent with Phil & Tim composing music together. Brandi will be touring with Pink soon.....looking forward to that if they come to Australia! 😍🤩

Some of that Wailing sounds like Peter Rowan. 👍 and I Love it. You can hear all the influences in her voice when she sings. She is truly a unique singer. Mighty fine well done
