Shaggy’s rhythm is impeccable. Sting’s voice and groove on that bass are butter. Dominic’s playing is perfectly in pocket and his dynamics are unbelievable. The backup singers are a beautiful base for everything else and contribute so much without overtaking anything. The mixing is perfect and the recording engineer is a genius. This is the perfect storm!

Dominic Miller couldn't play out of the pocket if he tried. He is so ALWAYS right on time, dynamically perfect, and artistically aware it amazes me. He and Sting are a treat every time they share a stage with ANYONE. Consummate musicians.

my main problem with the Tiny Desk Concerts is that I'll put one on as background music while working, but 20 seconds into the video I have to start watching these incredible artists doing what they do best. I can't ever imagine Shaggy and Sting can sound so good together, that´s was incredible.

There was a lot of reggae influence in The Police. Specially in their bass lines. When sting found shaggy he must have felt at home.

I always watch this all the time and I can’t stop watching it every song they did was awesome. I remember listening to Sting as a little kid growing up and shaggy and I had their records and tapes.. I even liked how they did the Juice WRLD version as well as the Sting version.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇹🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾👊🏿👊🏿✊🏾👊🏿✊🏾👊🏿✊🏾respect
